苍南县人民医院是县级公立医院改革试点单位。阐述作为欠发达地区的县级医院,如何适应医改要求,视挑战为机遇,尽快实现医院管理模式转变和创新,全面提升医疗服务能力。思考与总结建立托管制管理模式、加强人力资源管理、成本控制管理、医院文化建设以及加强学科建设树立品牌意识拓展医疗服务市场等实践经验。
The people's Hospital of Cangnan County as a pilot unit of county public hospital reform.But,as a county hospital in less developed area.This thesis talk about how to adapt to the reform requirements,depending on the challenges into opportunities,as soon as possible to achieve the change of hospital management mode and innovation,improving medical service ability.This article from the exploration of establishment of trusteeship management mode,strengthening the human resources management,cost control,construction of hospital culture and strengthening the subject construction to establish brand consciousness to expand medical services market,talk about some of his own views and experience.
