摘要
通过对不同国籍肿瘤患者共性与差异化的需求分析,有的放矢地改进护理服务流程、服务方法和服务内容,最大限度地提高病人满意度。创造国际化、专业化、规范化护理服务特色,提供详实系统客观的资料和经验借鉴。
In this article the demands of similarities and differences for the tumor patients from different countries were investigated.The results were detailed,systematic and objective,which are important for the improvement of the service procedure,service methodology and service content with a purpose that can help to raise patient＇s satisfaction as high as possible and help to develop the characteristics of nursing service in this hospital with internationalization,specialization and standardization.
