摘要
为了提高学生的模具制造工程应用能力,提出基于先进的CDIO理念构建出探究式项目教学方案。介绍了CDIO工程教育理念的主要内容和基本特点,并以注射模具加工为例对模具制造过程中的构思、设计、实施以及运作等四个阶段进行了详细的分析和阐述,分析了在实施过程中可能会遇到的一些问题。
In order to improve the practical engineering ability of mold manufacturing, the scheme of inquiring project-teaching was constructed based on the advanced CDIO engineering education thought. The major contents and its features of CDIO were simply introduced. Focusing on the training of mold manufacturing engineering ability, the four stages of mold manufacturing solutions, including conceiving, designing, implementing and operating, were analyzed. Finally, the problems probably occurred in the process were proposed and discussed.
