基于旅游管理专业素质能力培养的实验教学模式初探

文科类专业加强实践性教学环节是高校教学改革的方向之一。文科类实验室存在利用率不高,实验教学师资不足,教学大纲实验教学环节安排与设计不合理等问题。从实践性教学改革和实验室开放管理入手,通过发掘学生的潜力和对旅游行业的兴趣,使学生主动融入专业能力与素质提升的训练,提高学生的专业专注度;同时使教学内容与实践需要紧密结合,使各门专业课程可以根据需要随时与开放的实验室进行无缝衔接。

Strengthening practical teaching in liberal arts major is one of the directions of the teaching reform of higher education. However, problems still exist, such as not enough utilization rate of laboratory of liberal arts, shortage of experimental education faculty, unreasonable teaching syllabus on experiment teaching arrangement and design. This paper focuses on the practical teaching reform and laboratory opening management, through the discovery of students＇ potential and interest to the travel industry, students can active integrate professional ability and quality promotion training, improve the their professional focus. In addition, this can make seamless connection between open laboratory and each professional course.
