摘要
TAFE教学模式以就业为导向,充分体现了以能力为本位的教育质量观。TAFE教学模式的特色主要体现在能力本位的培训,以学生为中心的教学和灵活多样的教学服务。借鉴TAFE教学模式,可以在基础课教学中采用以技能为单元的教学模式,培养学生的关键能力。
The teaching model in TAFE takes employment as orientation. It fully embodies the capability-oriented concept of educational quality. The main characteristics of teaching model in TAFE are capability-oriented training, student-centered teaching and flexible and diversified services. Consulting the teaching model of TAFE, we may apply such a pattern to basic courses teaching in China＇s higher vocational education and cultivate students＇ key capabilities.
