高职院校师资队伍建设探讨

An exploration of the construction ofthe teaching team in higher vocational colleges

大力发展高等职业教育,是我国经济结构调整的要求,是建设人力资源强国的战略性措施。高职院校承担着推动高等职业教育发展的重要任务,任务的关键是"双师型"师资队伍建设,这是提高高职院校人才培养质量和水平,办出高职院校特色的关键。分析了高职教育师资队伍存在的问题,提出从明确院校定位、加大"软实力"培训投入比例,自主学习、参与实践课题、挖掘培训渠道等方面提高师资队伍素质,探讨高职师资队伍建设对策。

Energetically developing higher vocational education is the request of China＇s economic structure adjustment and a strategic measure of constructing a power nation of human resources. Higher vocational colleges undertake the important task of promoting the development of higher vocational education and the key of the task is the construction of teaching team of double type, which is the key to improving the quality of talents cultivation and level and forming the characteristics of higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching team in higher vocational education. It also explores the countermeasures of constructing the teaching team and puts forward that the improvement of teaching team＇s quality can be achieved by specifying colleges＇ positioning, increasing the investment in ＂soft power＂ training, independent study, participating in practical subjects and mining training channels.
