15例外伤性心脏破裂的救治体会

Experience in rescue of traumatic cardiac rupture in 15 cases

目的探讨外伤性心脏破裂的救治方法,以提高抢救成功率。方法对我院心胸外科于2000年12月～2010年12月收治的15例外伤性心脏破裂进行回顾性分析。多数患者经心脏彩超确诊,15例患者均及时施行开胸手术修补。结果本组治愈14例,治愈率93%,死亡1例,占7%。本组无严重并发症。结论快速而准确的诊断是外伤性心脏破裂成功救治的前提,心脏彩超是术前确诊的可靠手段,开胸手术修补心脏破裂口是治疗外伤性心脏破裂的唯一的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the rescue method of traumatic cardiac rupture.Methods From December 2000 to December 2010,.15 cases with traumatic cardiac rupture were analyzed retrospectively.The diagnoses of most patients were confirmed by colour utrasonography.Fifteen cases underwent open cardiac repair in time.Results In this study,14 cases were cured and the cure rate was in 93%.One case died and mortality rate was in 7%..No severe complications were found after operation..Conclusion Rapid and accurate diagnosis are precondition to successful rescue of traumatic cardiac rupture.Colour sonograhpy is a reliable measurement in the accurate diagnosis before operation.Open cardiac repair is only effective method for treating traumatic cardiac rupture.
