摘要
对社区卫生服务机构双向转诊情况进行调查,从卫生服务机构、社区居民、二级和三级医院三方面进行分析,并根据分析结果提出实行社区卫生服务机构首诊负责制,建立双向转诊激励和监督等多项解决措施。
The writer investigated on the dual way transfer in community health service institutions and analyzed on community residents, hospitals of second grade and the third grade. Basing on the results of the analysis, the writer suggests practicing the responsibility system for the first consultation in community health service institutions and setting up mecha- nism and supervision for dual way transfer as well as many other solutions.
