摘要
通过对多条路段的压实度与交工弯沉数据进行分析,采用压实度分区法,对数据进行加权处理,研究了压实度与弯沉的理论相关性.并建立了一套专用于计算施工检验弯沉的数学公式,进而由压实度规定值计算得到施工检验弯沉标准值.该施工检验弯沉标准值可作为控制施工碾压质量的辅助指标,可以弥补压实度检测频率低和测点选取局限性的不足,对控制施工质量有益.通过若干高速公路的检测数据验证,表明该弯沉检验标准值可行.
Based on the data analysis of compaction and deflection of several road sections in this paper,the data has been processed with weights through compaction zoning method,and the theoretical correlation of compaction and deflection is studied.A set of mathematical formula to calculate the construction deflection is established,then the standard value of construction deflection can be obtained through the fixed value of compaction.The standard value of construction deflection can be viewed as the auxiliary index to help to control the construction compaction quality,avoiding the drawback of low frequency of compaction inspecting and limitations of selecting inspecting points.It is helpful and useful for construction quality control.The verification of several highways test data indicates that this standard value of deflection inspection is feasible.
