A Study on the Scientific Meaning and Practice of China's Public Economy

文章从公有与国有的辨析入手,强调了公有制经济的科学内涵,分析了两条典型的社会主义道路,回首社会主义公有制经济实践的发展历程,国有企业经济主要经历了斯大林模式、国有企业模式、国有股份制模式以及涵盖三者的综合模式,指出公有制经济改革实践必须打破企业国有经济的禁锢,从新的角度探索社会主义公有制经济改革的思路。

This paper begins with the clarification of public-ownership and state-ownership,emphasizes the scientific meaning of the public economy and analyzes the two typical socialist paths.Looking back at how the practice of the socialist public economy developed,we can conclude that the state-owned sector of the economy has gone through the Stalin mode,state-owned enterprise mode,state-owned shareholding mode and an integrated mode that covers the above three modes.It should be noted that the reform of public economy has to break the confinement of the state-owned sector of the economy and explore the way to reform the socialist public economy from a new angle.
