摘要
教育改革提倡"素质教育"已有多年了,但是成效总不尽人意,甚至对何为"素质教育",如何进行"素质教育"等问题都还一直存在争议。显然,"素质教育"的可操作性远比"应试教育"更有难度和挑战性是其主要原因之一,也就是在实践中"素质教育"不能做到较为明晰的量化,因而使它往往流于形式,难以达到既定的教育目的。因此,解决"素质教育"的测定,探索一种能适应实践需要的、能相对量化的方法,以及寻求其具体简便而可操作的途径都是十分必要的,才能使"素质教育"突破现在以定性代替代定量测定的倾向,在实践的过程中逐步得到真正的完善和发展。
Quality education has been carried out for years in China,but it has not achieved a good effect.Up to now,some questions,like what the quality education is,and how to practice it in the teaching practice,are still hotly debated.Of course,the quality education is more difficult than education for exam in practice,because the quality cannot be measured with a simple and useful method.So it is very necessary to find out a quantization method to measure the education for quality.
