摘要
一定范围内对基础教育中文师资队伍的访谈调查发现:语文课程中实施休闲教育,他们能认识其必要性,但自觉意识普遍淡薄,多不能正确把握休闲教育的内涵,认知与践行脱节,休闲教育与应试教育对立;实施水平与教师个体的教育理念、教育情怀、教育能力和基本素养密切相关;实施范围狭窄,主要囿于必修课程中的课堂教学形式,并通过联系相关教学内容实现。为此,务必加强休闲教育师资队伍建设;开拓休闲教育在语文课程中实施的新天地,特别重视教学过程、方法、环境的设计;具体实施中要处理好二者关系,采取相互渗透的方式;教育理论研究中要处理好务虚与务实的关系。
An interview with a certain range of Chinese teachers for basic education found that during the implementation of leisure education in the language courses,they can understand the necessity.But the weak part is the self-consciousness of the educators: they can not correctly grasp the meaning of leisure education;awareness and practice are out of touch;Leisure Education is assumed as the opposition of examination-oriented education;the outputs depend on the educational philosophy,educational feelings and basic literacy skills of individual teachers.Besides,the efforts are limited because of the narrow scope: mainly confined to the compulsory courses in the form of classroom teaching.For the purpose of improvement,enhancing leisure education faculty building is necessary.It would help develop leisure education into a new level.We should particularly emphasize on the teaching process,methods,and environmental design,handle the relationship among them,and find the way of mutual communication.In the education theory,the relationship between the theory and practice is the key point.
