摘要 目的研究原发性高血压血浆中同型半胱氨酸(HCY)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的含量,以探讨其与原发性高血压及伴左室肥厚之间的关系。方法原发性高血压患者33例,对照组(正常人)34例。将高血压组分为2个亚组:无左室肥厚组(19例)及伴左室肥厚组(14例)。所有入选者常规测量其血压、血脂、血糖、HCY及hs-CRP。结果高血压组HCY及hs-CRP水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);高血压组中,伴左室肥厚组hs-CRP水平显著高于无左室肥厚组(P<0.05),而HCY含量无明显差异(P>0.01);血浆HCY、hs-CRP水平与个体平均动脉压显著相关。结论血浆HCY及hs-CRP浓度与血压值呈正相关;高血压所致左室重构与血浆hs-CRP水平有明显相关性,与HCY水平未见相关性。 Objective The plasma concentration of HCY and hs - CRP were analyzed to explore the relationship between HCY, hs - CRP and primary hypertention as well as hypertention with left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods 33 hypertention patients in hypertention group and divided into two group: without left ventricular hypertrophy group (19 patients) and with left ventricular hypertrophy group (14 patients), and 34 subjects who have normal blood pressure are in the control group, their blood pressure, lipid, concentration of blood sugar, HCY and hs - CRP were measured. Results The plasma concentration of HCY and hs - CRP of the hypertention group is significantly higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ) and the hs - CRP concentration of with left ventricular hypertrophy group is higher than that of without left ventricular hypertrophy group (P 〈 0. 05 ), while its HCY concentration is no different than that of without left ventricular hypertrophy group (P 〈 0. 05), analysis shows that HCY and hs - CRP level are positively correlated with blood pressure. Conclusion The plasma concentration of HCY and hs - CRP was positively correlated with blood pressure ; the plasma concentration of hs - CRP is obviously correlated with hypertention with left ventricular hypertrophy, while the relation between HCY and hypertention with left ventricular hypertrophy is not clear.
