摘要
文章从分析中煤平朔煤业公司的人力资源管理现状入手,指出了存在的问题与不足,并从管理理念、员工招聘、绩效考核、薪酬管理、员工激励、员工培训与开发等方面,提出了相应的解决对策与建议,以提高公司的人力资源管理水平。
Starting from the situation of human resources management of China Coal PingShuo Coal Co.,Ltd,the paper points out the problems and weaknesses.From management idea,staff recruitment,performance appraisal,compensation management,employee motivation and employee training and development,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of human resources management.
