5E康复模式对腹膜透析患者生活质量的影响

Effect of 5 E rehabilitation program on the quality of life in patients with peritoneal dialysis patients

目的:探讨5 E康复模式对腹膜透析患者生活质量的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的180例腹膜透析患者作为研究对象,其中退出和失访6例,资料不完整6例,最终调查对象168例,将其随机分为两组,对照组(n=84)采用常规健康教育;实验组(n=84)实施5 E康复干预,主要内容包括鼓励、教育、锻炼、工作及评估。应用健康调查简表(SF-36)在干预前和干预后6个月分别评估两组患者的生活质量。结果:干预前两组患者SF-36量表的8个维度得分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后6个月两组患者8个维度得分比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者总体健康、情感职能、精神健康3个维度得分干预后与干预前相比有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余5个维度得分无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余7个维度得分比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以5 E为核心的康复模式能改善腹膜透析患者的生活质量,临床医务人员可以采用5 E康复模式对患者进行康复治疗。

Objective：To study the effect of 5E rehabilitation program on quality of life in patients with peritoneal dialysis. Methods ：180 patients with peritoneal dialysis were recruited and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received the conventional health education, the intervention group implemented the 5E rehabilitation intervention including encouragement, education, exercise, employment and evaluation. The quality of life were observed in before and 6 months after intervention using item short form health survey （ SF - 36 ） in the two groups. Results ： The two groups of patients with SF - 36 scores was not significant in eight domains before intervention （P 〉 0.05 ） ,two groups patients with SF -36 scores was statistically significant in eight domains after 6 months （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The control gJoup of patients the quality of life in general health, role emotional and mental health were statistically significant after 6 months （P 〈 0.05 ）, others five domains were no statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. The intervention group of patients the quality of life were statistically significant in seven domains after 6 months （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：This study demonstrated that 5 E rehabilitation program can improve quality of life in peritoneal dialysis patients. Physicians and nurses can use it for rehabilitation treatment of patients.
