2114例中学教师高血压患病情况调查分析

Investigation and analysis of hyperension sicken situations of 2114 middle school teachers

目的:了解北京地区中学教师高血压患病情况。方法:通过健康体检的方式,对2114名中学教师进行高血压患病情况调查,并对体检结果进行总结分析。结果:2114名中学教师中,高血压者644例,患病率为30.46%,且随着年龄的增加,高血压患病率呈明显上升趋势,随体质指数的增加,高血压患病率也在增高。结论:中学教师脑力劳动较多,工作紧张,心理压力大,体育锻炼少,饮食结构不尽合理,是导致血压升高的相关因素,应及早行动起来,改变不健康的生活方式,减少发病,促进健康。

Objective： To get to know about the hypertension sicken situations of middle schoolteachers. Methods ： We have done a healthy cheek - up to 2114 middle schoolteachers, and then we made an investigation on the hypertension sicken situation these teachers, and summarized and analyzed the results of the physical examination. Results：In the 2114 middle schoolteachers ,644 cases have hypertension problems, the hypertension sicken rate was 30.46 percent, and along with the growth of the age,hypertension rates show an obvious ascendant hend,with the increase of body mass index （BMI） ,hypertension rates was also increasing. Conclusion：The situation about hypertension sicken in middle school teachers are not very optimistic. High schoolteachers often have more mental works to do,their work heavy, mental strain, psychological pressure big,physical exercises less, diet style is notreasonable. All of these are leading to high blood pressure. We should pay more attention to these, and adopt active actions as early as possible to change the unhealthy lifestyles and reduce hypertension.
