中原经济区建设中食品安全与食品产业发展良性互动机理研究

RESEARCH ON THE MECHANISM OF VIRTUOUS INTERACTIONS BETWEEN FOOD SAFETY AND FOOS INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT IN CONSTRUCTING CENTRAL PLAINS ECONOMIC ZONE

在中原经济区建设进程中,食品产业的快速发展和食品安全的严峻形势出现的不协调现象,成为一个亟待解决的重要问题。从对中原经济区食品产业发展状况与食品安全形势的分析着手,从社会公众、食品企业、政府管理、对立思维等4个方面研究了食品安全与食品产业协调发展的制约因素,总结出食品安全与食品产业发展良性互动机理:食品安全是食品产业发展的生命线,食品产业发展是食品安全的推动力,转变发展方式是解决食品安全问题的根本途径,确保食品安全是促进食品产业发展的新增长点。

In the process of constructing Central Plains Economic Zone, the disharmony between the rapid development of food industry and the grim situation of food safety is becoming a major problem to be solved. The paper begins with analyzing the state of food industry and the situation of food security and studies the factors restricting the coordinated development of food security and food industry from 4 aspects such as the public, food enterprises, government mamagement, opposing thinking. It then sums up the mechanism of virtuous interaction between food safety and food industry--food safety is the lifeline of the development of food industry and the development of food industry is the driving force of food safety is the driving force ; the change in development mode is a fundamental solution to the problem of food security; to ensure food safety is to promote the growth of food industry.
