摘要
基层管理者在组织经营管理中起着承上启下的作用,是企业战略的执行者,其能力的快速提升和能力的延续性已经成为企业战略实现的关键环节,它是企业可持续发展的保证。胜任力模型为认识和理解基层管理者角色提供了新的视角,本文针对基层管理者的特点建立基层管理者胜任力模型,为各类企业基层管理者的招聘、选拔、培训、绩效考核、薪酬管理等提供有力的依据。
First-line managers play a role in connecting leaders and staff in organization management,who are the executors of enterprise strategy.The advance and continuity of first-line managers' abilities have already become the key factor to realize the enterprise strategy,which is the guarantee of continues development of enterprise.Competency model gives a new standpoint to understand the roles of first-line managers.This article sets up a competency model and provides an effective evidence for recruitment,selection,training,performance appraisal and salary management aiming at the characteristic of first-line manager.
