针对现有离合器离合销出现的断裂情况,进行强度校核,并对其应力集中现象进行有限元分析,找出原因,提出改进方法,从根本上解决其断裂问题。

In accordance with the breaking of the clutch pins of the slip clutches in use presently,we make strength check and finite-element analysis to the concentration of stress so as to find out the reason and improve the design to solve the problem of breaking of pins.
