刺五加对冠心病心绞痛左心室舒张功能的影响

The effect of Chi Wu Jia on the diastolic function of the left ventricle in patients with coronary heart disease

目的: 观察刺五加对冠心病心绞痛左室舒张功能的影响。方法:应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图对冠心病心绞痛患者静脉输入刺五加前后测定左室舒张功能。结果:用药后舒张早期充盈速度增加,血流加速度和房缩期充盈速度下降,左室等容舒张期缩短。

Objective:To study the effect of Chi Wu jia on the diastolic function of the left ventricle in anginal patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods:Pulsed Doppler of echocardiography was adopted to determine the diastolic function of the left ventricle in CHD before and after the infusion of Chi Wu Jia.Results:Atfter the infusion of Chi Wu Jia, the early diastolic refilling velocity of the left ventricle was increased, accompanied with the increased velocity of blood flow, while the atrial refilling velocity was decreased accompanied with the shorter isovolumetric relaxation phase.Conclusions:Chi Wu Jia could improve the diastolic function of the left ventricle in CHD patients.
