摘要
目的在病毒性心肌炎心肌细胞模型上观察心炎宁颗粒剂对柯萨奇病毒B组(CVB3m)感染SD大鼠心肌细胞的保护作用。方法体外原代培养的新生SD大鼠心肌细胞,感染CVB3m作为病毒性心肌炎心肌细胞模型,体外给予心炎宁颗粒剂后分别测定最大无毒剂量(TD0)、细胞病变(CPF)、半数致死量(TCID50),分析其对心肌细胞的保护作用。结果不同浓度的心炎宁颗粒剂对心肌细胞的保护率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);4TD0、TD0、1/2TD0、1/4TD0对心肌细胞的保护率明显高于1/8TD0,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),4TD0、1/4TD0对心肌细胞的保护率与1/32TD0之间差异也存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心炎宁颗粒剂对CVB3感染心肌细胞有明显的保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of Xin Yan Ning Granule on myocardial cells infested with Coxsackie virus B3 (CVB3m) in the vira myocarditis myicardial cell model.Methods Viral myocarditis myocardial cell model was made by in vitro primary cultured myocardial cells in neonatal SD rat, infected with CVB3m, given Xin Yan Ning Granules respectively to determine of the maximum toxic dose (TD0), cell lesions (CPF), median lethal dose (TCID50), and the protection effect on myocardial cells.Results The rate of different concentrations of Xin Yan Ning Granule on myocardial cell protection had a significant difference (P< 0.05);the protection rate of 4TD0, TD0, 1/2TD0, 1/4TD0 on myocardial cells was significantly higher than that of the 1/8TD0, the difference being statistically significant (P<0.05);the protection rate of 4TD0 and 1/4TD0 on myocardial cells had a significant statistical difference from that of 1/32TD0(P<0.05).Conclusions Xin Yan Ning Granule has a significant protective effect on myocardial cells with CVB3 infection.
