摘要
随着新疆油田红浅1井区、红003井区稠油区块的不断开发,越来越多的井需要防砂。滤砂管防砂技术已不能满足防砂需要。采用高压砾石充填工艺,对充填砾石尺寸、砾石充填量、筛管缝宽、泵注程序、砾石充填管柱进行了优化设计。设计结果与防砂施工基本一致,防砂施工效果良好。
As XinJiang Oilfield HongQian 1、Hong 003 heavy oil well area has been constanly developed,more and more producing oil wells need sand control.Filter screen sand control technique could not meet the demand.Gravel pack technique optimizes gravel sizing,gravel quantity,screen guage,pump injection program.Design parameters are similar to the result of sand control practice,which leads to a good sand-preventing result.
