摘要 针对低渗透油田部分低产液抽油井在生产过程中间歇出液,导致光杆发热,井口盘根加快磨损,井口密封失效,发生油气泄漏问题,研制了自润滑井口光杆密封装置。该装置工作阀横向调整,两级密封,可实现不停机更换盘根,盘根具有自磨自补特点;井口油杯可使光杆全程润滑。本文阐述了自润滑的井口光杆密封器的结构、工作原理、特点及应用情况。 In the process of production,some oil wells in Low permeable oil fields are with low yield,leading to the slickrod to be hot,the well's packing failure,oil and gas leakage,so lubrication sealing device is developed.The work valve of improved device uses the adjustment,the two levels of lateral sealing,which can realize slickrod packing,has replaced grinding up the characteristic;Oil in oil cup can make the slickrodbe lubricated.This paper expounds the self-lubricating sealing device structure,working principle,characteristics and application.
