介绍压实股钢丝绳的3种生产方法:辊轧法利用多组水平和垂直压辊,通过辊轧成形的方式使股中钢丝产生塑性压缩变形;锻打法利用在线或非在线锻打设备,通过旋转模锻打圆股使股中钢丝产生塑性压缩变形;整体模拉法用硬质合金模取代压线瓦,圆股在模孔内经受塑性压缩变形。对锻打法和整体模拉法生产1 870 MPa级35W×K7—28压实股钢丝绳的工艺参数及成品钢丝绳性能进行对比分析,锻打法生产的钢丝绳最小破断拉力为730 kN,整体模拉法为650 kN,均大于YB/T 5359规定的601 kN;认为锻打法比整体模拉法生产的压实股钢丝绳实物质量高。
To introduce three methods to produce compacted strands wire ropes: the roll process make use of many unit horizontal and vertical roller to make steel wire in strands plastic deformation through roll forming; the forging make use of in-line or out-line forging equipment to make steel wire in strands compressing plastic deformation; the whole die drawing make use of cemented carbides to replace stranding dies, make round strands plastic compressing deformation in dies. The technology parameters to produce 1 870 MPa grade 35W × K7--28 compacted strands wire rope with forging method and whole die method and the finished wire rope property are compared and analyzed. The minimum breaking force of the rope produced by forging method is 730 kN, the 650 kN with whole die drawing method, are all bigger than 601 kN stipulated by YB/T 5359. It is thought that real quality of compacted strands wire rope is better with forging than with whole die drawing.
