摘要 介绍焊丝用盘条拉拔前表面锈化处理工艺流程。工艺控制要点:酸洗过程中打开捆扎线,3 m穿线杠每吊质量控制在1 000 kg左右;控制Fe2+质量浓度不超过200 g/L,酸洗温度控制在60℃左右,控制硫酸质量浓度约60g/L,缓蚀剂的体积应为酸液体积的0.10%~0.15%;高压水的pH一般为7~8,压强不小于3 MPa;锈化时间随环境温度的变化而变化,为保证锈化质量,一般水雾流量为1.5 m3/h;涂石灰一般需要5~8次,pH一般不小于11,石灰溶液温度控制在80~100℃,为增强石灰涂层的吸附能力,可以在石灰溶液里加入适量的亚硝酸钠。表面锈化处理工艺参数优化后,盘条拉拔时总压缩率达97.7%,满足小规格焊丝生产要求。 To introduce surface rusting treatment process flow of wire rod for welding wire before drawn. The process control main point: to open strapping line in the process of pickling, each hanging of 3 m metal stick about 1 000 kg, the mass concentration of Fe2. no more than 200 g/L, the pickling temperature about 60 ℃ , the mass concentration of sulphuric acid about 60 g/L, the volume fraction of corrosion inhibitor is from 0. 10% to 0.15% of acid solution, pH of high pressure water is from 7 to 8, pressure is no less than 3 MPa, rusting time changes with environmental temperature, in order to guarantee rusting quality, usually water mist flow is 1.5 m^3/h, usually it needs 5 - 8 times to apply lime coating, pH is no less than 11, the temperature of lime solution is controlled 80 - 100℃. In order to strengthen adsorptive force of lime coating, appropriate sodium nitrite is added in lime solution. After surface rusting treatment process parameters optimizes, total compressibility while wire rod drawing reaches 97.7% , which satisfies small diameter welding wire production requirements.
