亚洲帘线钢线材生产现状及发展趋势 被引量:22

摘要 介绍亚洲帘线钢线材生产现状:日本新日铁开发了DLP控冷工艺保证帘线钢产品的高质量;日本神户制钢开发的超洁净钢冶炼工艺,很好地控制了钢中P,S,O的含量,以及夹杂物的含量、性质,使得神户的帘线钢线材成为世界最优;韩国浦项通过优化斯太尔摩冷却工艺来生产高品质帘线钢线材;宝钢帘线钢经历了转炉模铸、电炉小方坯、电炉大方坯连铸工艺的生产历程,实现了从72、82、86、92直至96级的全系列覆盖;武钢采用200 mm×200mm的连铸方坯"一火成材"技术将帘线钢产品性能提升到与日本线材接近水平;鞍钢随着60万t精品线材生产线的投产,帘线钢线材质量将会得到进一步提高。指出随着轮胎产品性能的发展需求和钢帘线生产企业的需求,钢帘线将向着超高强度发展。 To introduce the production status of wire rod for steel cord in Asia: Nippon Steel (Japan) developped DLP cooling control technology to ensure the high quality of steel cord; super clean steel making process developped by Kobe Steel(Japan) well controlled P, S, O elements' component and inclusion' s content and property in steel, which made Kobe Steel' s wire rod for cord become the best among the world ; POSCO ( Korean ) to produce high quality wire rod for cord through optimizing Stelmor cooling technology ; Baosteel (China) wire rod for cord experienced production period of converter casting, electric surface small billet and electric surface big billet, and achieved from 72,82,86,92 to recent 96 grade; WISCO(China) by using 200 mm× 200 mm continuous casting billet technology to enhance perfrmance of wire rod for steel cord and close to Japan's level; Ansteel(China) wire rods quality for steel cord will improve more with its new 0.6 million ton competitive wire production line. To point out that with the development of tire product performance and its enterprises' requirement, steel cord will develop toward to ultrahigh strength.
