高等教育大众化背景下学生干部培养模式探析

在高等教育大众化和实施青年马克思主义者培养工程的大背景下,按照"国家所望、青年所求、学校所需"三者有机结合的原则,建立学生骨干培养模式,形成一套涉及学生干部选拔、培养、监督和考核的培养体系,打造一支政治素质强、思想觉悟高、综合能力完善的学生干部队伍。

In the background of the popularization of higher education and the training project of young Marxists,by the principle of the organic combination of ＂national hope,youth＇s demand,schools＇ need＂,we propose to establish the training mode of student leader,form a complete system of student leader selection,training,supervision and assessment,create a team of student leader with strong political quality,high ideological consciousness,and perfect comprehensive ability.
