摘要
为获得一定空间内的温度分布信息,本文研制一种阵列式小尺寸温度传感装置,采用阵列式微小热敏电阻进行温度传感,为尽量减少阵列中相邻传感器的相互耦合和干扰提出了一种反馈隔离驱动测量方法进行阵列电阻检测,并进行了接触温度传感试验。测试实验结果表明,所研制的阵列式小尺寸温度传感装置能较好地识别具有温度差异物体的外形,具有较好的空间分辨率。
A small size device using temperature sensor array has been developed to measure the temperature distribution within a certain spatial,in which small thermistor array is using for temperature sensing.To minimize the adjacent sensor array mutual coupling and interference,an Isolated Drive Feedback measurement method has been proposed to detect the value of resistor in array.Finally,contact temperature sensing experiments were implement.Experimental results show that the small size device using temperature sensor array can identify the object shape with different temperature and it has good spatial resolution.
