摘要 靖边气田天然气净化装置在长期运行中,由于原料气气质发生显著变化即酸气含量升高,导致装置处理能力下降、溶液发泡、换热器换热能力不足等问题。利用ASPEN PLUS流程模拟软件和HTRI Xchanger Suite工程换热软件、结合流体力学性能计算对净化装置脱硫、脱水系统进行了模拟和计算,从原始设计工况、现实工况分别进行了模拟和校核,理论计算出现有工况下装置的有效处理能力,各单体设备适应性,找出制约生产能力发挥的瓶颈问题,并提出净化装置优化方案。 On the natural gas decontamination plant in jingbian long-time running,Due to material gas temperament is greatly changed sour gas content rise,Lead to device processing ability,Solution foaming,Heat exchanger such problems as the ability of heat.Use of ASPEN PLUS process simulation software and HTRI Xchanger Suite of software engineering heat、Combined with the fluid mechanics performance calculation,simulated and calculated The decontamination devices of desulfurization、dehydration system。From the original design conditions、now the actual working condition separately simulated and calculated,The theoretical calculation appear under the condition of the device is effective processing power, The monomer equipment adaptability,Find out the bottleneck of restricting production ability play,And put forward the purification equipment optimization scheme.
