摘要
靖边气田天然气净化装置在长期运行中,由于原料气气质发生显著变化即酸气含量升高,导致装置处理能力下降、溶液发泡、换热器换热能力不足等问题。利用ASPEN PLUS流程模拟软件和HTRI Xchanger Suite工程换热软件、结合流体力学性能计算对净化装置脱硫、脱水系统进行了模拟和计算,从原始设计工况、现实工况分别进行了模拟和校核,理论计算出现有工况下装置的有效处理能力,各单体设备适应性,找出制约生产能力发挥的瓶颈问题,并提出净化装置优化方案。
