摘要
在塔河油田压裂施工服务中,所遇到的储层埋藏深、压力高、温度高,假如用常规压裂液体系会导致地面施工压力接近或超过压裂机组及地面高压管汇、井口等的额定工作压力。为此研究开发了加重压裂液体系,通过增加井筒液柱压力的方法来降低压裂过程中的地面施工压力。研究发现,加重剂加入使交联时间延长,降低了体系n值同时增大了K值,而且使压裂液破胶困难。加重压裂液在现场应用16井次,最大井深6 830 m,最高井温168.3℃,实践证明该压裂液具有耐高温耐剪切、低摩阻的特点。
In the service of acid fracturing to Tahe Oilfield,the reservoir is buried deep and high-temperature and high-pressure.If we use the conventional density fracturing fluid as acid fracturing lead fluid,the ground pressure approach or exceed the fracturing of construction unit and ground high -pressure tube,the rated pressure of wellhead,so we created the weighted fracturing fluid,Which by increasing the wellbore fluid column pressure to reduce the ground fracturing pressure.Trough Studing we found that aggravating agent prolong the crosslinking time,reduce the value of n and increase the value of K in this system,and make the fracturing fluid gel breaking difficult.The anti -high temperature weighted fracturing fluid has been used for 16 wells,biggest in the well depth 6 830 meters, the highest well temperature 168.3℃,proved that the fracture fluid with high temperature resistant,low friction characteristics.
