摘要
在总结国内外纠偏控制系统研究与发展现状的基础上,使用TAOS公司的TCS230颜色传感器代替目前市场上纠偏控制器中使用的光电传感器,通过对TCS230输出的数字信号分别进行脉冲和脉宽采集,比较两者优缺点,选择一种更符合纠偏控制器使用的脉宽信号采集法,并对所采集到数据进行中值数字滤波。经实验验证,系统响应时间能够从20 ms提高到5ms,在执行机构速度允许的前提下,检边检线的纠偏精度都能够从±0.1 mm提高到±0.05 mm。同时,也可实现对卷材按颜色方式进行纠偏。
Based on the analysis and comparison of the current correction control system at home and abroad,the photoelectric sensor which is used in the correction controller is replaced by the TCS230 color sensor of TAOS Company.The pulse and pulse width signal are collected through the digital output signal of TCS230.The advantages and disadvantages of pulse and pulse width acquisition are compared,then the method of pulse width acquisition which is more suitable for the correction controller is chosen,as well as the median filter algorithm is used to process the data of pulse width acquisition.Experiments confirm that the system response time can be improved from 20 ms to 5 ms.On condition that the velocity of executive body allows,the correction accuracy of checking edge or line can be increased from ±0.1 mm to ±0.05 mm.At the same time,the coiled material can be also easily rectified by the way of color.
