摘要
教学督导制度是教学质量保障体系中的重要环节。我国高等职业教育的教学督导制度正处在探索和发展阶段,还存在着诸多问题,如:督导定位不清晰、督导队伍结构不合理等等。文章围绕高职教育的教学督导机制体制、改革和督导队伍建设等方面进行了有益的探索,对建立符合高职教育特点的教学督导监控体系提出了具体措施。
Supervision and direction of teaching is a very important approach to ensure the teaching quality in higher vocational colleges. But the system of teaching supervision in China is still at an early stage and problems exist. For example, the role and the structure of the supervision system are still indistinct. This article focuses on the reform in the system of teaching supervision and the team building of supervision. It also proposes several measures to perfect this system and make it better adapt to higher vocational education.
