吉林省无公害水产品认证的发展现状与对策

The present status of the development and contermeasures of the eco-friendly aquatic certification in Jilin Province

无公害水产品认证采取产地认定与产品认证相结合的方式,从产地环境、生产过程和上市产品三个环节进行控制,保障水产品基本安全和满足大众消费,是目前我国水产品质量安全认证的3种(绿色、有机、无公害)基本类型之一。本文结合吉林省无公害水产品认证的发展现状,探讨了加快无公害水产品认证发展的对策。

the eco-freienly aquatic certification will be taken place combined with origin identiified and product certification,is controled by three portions of the original environment,production process and marketing;It protects aquatic products to meet the basic security and public consumption;It is one of three basical types of green,organic and eco-friendly used by the aquatic products safety certification in China at present.In this paper,combined with the development of aquatic certification status in Jilin Province,it discussed the countermeasures to accelerated development certification of non-pollution aquatic.
