摘要
以马钢中板厂为例说明了斜刃剪在剪切钢板时产生的诸如尺寸偏差、台阶、反咬、弯曲、塌边、毛刺和剪裂等质量问题，并详细地分析了这些缺陷产生的原因，提出了具体的解决办法，经实践检验具有良好的效果。
Investigats some qualitative problems such as dimensional tolerance, stages, reverse biting,bending, sinking edges, burrs and cracks caused during plate- cutting with tilted shearing machine, for example of the Plate Mill of Ma' anshan iron & Steel Co. Ltd. The causes for shearing defects are analyzed indetail. Some concrete solving methods are put forward.
