摘要
在已经建立的真实齿面的数学模型的基础上 ,针对求解真实齿面瞬时啮合点的特点 ,研究并提出了真实齿面瞬时啮合点的求解算法—零间隙法 ;其准确性、稳定性、可靠性以及计算速度均得到了严格的验证 。
On the basis of the established mathematical model of real tooth surface, and aiming at analyzing the characteristics of real tooth surface meshing, we put forward a newmethod for solving instant meshing point of real tooth surface——zero gap method. Its accuracy, stability, reliability and computing speed are strictly verified, and can meet engineering requirements.
