摘要
利用边界元的基本思想 ,将边界曲线离散成许多单元和结点 ,对这些离散点进行啮合和磨损分析 ,提出了用参数三次样条曲线来模拟磨损后的齿面 ,实现了对任意啮合点磨损量的计算。本文编制了一系列的软件 ,实现了用计算机进行齿轮啮合过程中载荷、应力及磨损的动态模拟 。
Considering the basic ideas of boundary element method(BEM),we devide the boundary curve into many units and nodes, analyse the nodes meshing and wear process of these nodes, utilize parametric cubic spline curve to simulate the worn flank of tooth, so as to analyse gear meshing and wear. We also developed a software, made computer simulation of load,stress and wear in gear meshing,the result is in agreement with actual situation on the whole.
