Under information technology environment,College English teaching put forward more demands to College English teachers’ professional development.On the basis of the analysis of College English teachers’ professional development requirements and the characteristics of microteaching under information technology environment,the paper focuses the discussion on how to improve the teaching ability of College English teacher through the microteaching training.
