高职院校学生文明素质的培养与构建和谐校园的探讨

近年来社会生源逐渐萎缩,高职院校招生计划大于入校人数已成为客观现实,各类生源层次、文化修养、文明程度参差不齐,各种不良风气、不良习惯也带进校园,直接影响到构建和谐校园。和谐校园的构建,除教职工共同努力和软硬件建设外,很大程度上体现学生的文明素质。因此,对学生文明素质的培养,既是构建和谐校园的需要,也是高职院校实现培养合格人才目标的重要措施之一,更重要的是社会对人才的客观要求。

Due to the gradually shrinking of social students in recent years,it has become an objective reality that vocational college enrollment plan is greater than the number of people into the school.The students have various levels,and their cultural enrichment and degree of civilization are various.All kinds of bad atmosphere and bad habits have been brought into the campus,and they have impacted directly the building of a harmonious campus.In addition to the faculty’s efforts and the development of hardware and software,building a harmonious campus largely reflect the quality of students’ civilization.Therefore,the training of students’ cultural quality is the need of building a harmonious campus,and it is an important measures of achieving the target of training qualified personnel in vocational college.More importantly,it is the objective requirements to a talent of human society.
