马应龙麝香痔疮膏结合肛肠内腔治疗仪治疗肛窦炎240例疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of 240 Cases of Anal Cryptitis Treated with Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoid Ointment and Anorectal Therapeutic Apparatus

目的观察马应龙麝香痔疮膏结合TRM-Ⅲ型肛肠内腔治疗仪治疗肛窦炎的临床疗效。方法将360例患者随机分为两组,治疗组240例予马应龙麝香痔疮膏结合TRM-Ⅲ型肛肠内腔治疗仪加喹诺酮类抗生素治疗,对照组120例予抗生素结合TRM-Ⅲ型肛肠内腔治疗仪治疗。观察两组临床疗效和痊愈疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为91.7%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组平均痊愈疗程为(8.56±1.92)d,对照组为(9.53±1.83)d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论马应龙麝香痔疮膏结合TRM-Ⅲ型肛肠内腔治疗仪加喹诺酮类抗生素治疗肛窦炎,疗效满意,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on anal cryptitis treated with mayinglong musk hemorrhoid ointment and TRM-III anorectal therapeutic apparatus.Methods 360 cases were randomized into two groups,a treatment group（240 cases）treated with mayinglong musk hemorrhoid ointment and TRM-III anorectal therapeutic apparatus in supplement with the quinolones antibiotics;and a control group（120 cases）treated with antibiotics and TRM-III anorectal therapeutic apparatus.The clinical efficacy and curative duration were observed in two groups.Results The total effective rate was 96.7% in treatment group and was 91.7% in control group,indicating statistical significant difference in comparison（P0.05）.It was suggested that the efficacy in treatment group was superior to that in control group.The average curative duration was（8.56±1.92）days in treatment group and was（9.53±1.83）days in control group,indicating statistical significant difference in comparison（P0.05）.Conclusions Mayinglong musk hemorrhoid ointment and TRM-III anorectal therapeutic apparatus in supplement with the quinolones antibiotics achieves a satisfactory efficacy.This treatment program is worth promoting in clinical practice.
