膀胱逼尿肌受体研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 膀胱的主要功能是贮尿和排尿,逼尿肌的舒张和收缩始终贯穿在膀胱的活动中。支配膀胱逼尿肌的神经主要为胆碱能神经[1],此外还有肾上腺素能神经和非胆碱能非肾上腺能神经(NANC),NANC中以嘌呤能神经为代表(其他还有辣椒素敏感神经和肽能神经等)。各种神经均通过相应的神经递质作用于各自受体发挥作用。
