摘要
可视化实质上是科学研究过程中的计算机辅助后置数据处理 ,其目的是提供可视的分析手段。本文从航空透明件的力学行为出发 ,分析了各种应力破坏的形态 ,在此基础上建立了表面应力分布状况和应力银纹、疲劳、蠕变等破坏过程的计算机视觉模型 ,并以 MATL AB语言为平台 ,开发了 WINDOWS环境下的航空透明件应力破坏过程可视化应用系统 。
Based on the analysis of mechanical behavior of PMMA and its failure, the mechanism and process of destruction induced by stresses is investigated.The computer visualization model of destruction in types of craze, fatigue crack, and creep is proposed, by which a practical visualization system is developed using MATLAB on Windows to analyze and evaluate the status of stress and work life of the component. It is expected to be helpful to automation of the analysis and life evaluation of the component in use.
