高等职业教育要办出特色，不断提高人才培养质量，就必须树立正确的高职办学理念。本文以重庆航天职业技术学院为例，探索与实践一条创新体制机制，提升核心能力，培养职业素质，全方位与企业深度整合的特色办学之路。

Higher vocational education should be unique, continuously improve the quality of person training, they must establish a correct concept of vocational education. In this paper, we take Chongqing Aerospace Polytechnic for example to explore and practice an innovative mechanisms to enhance the core competencies, develop their professional quality, run school with the feature that all-directional corporate with enterprise.
