粳型水稻广亲和新品系的选育研究 被引量:2

摘要 本试验就广亲和育种中的亲本利用,配组方式和适宜的选择世代进行了研究。结果表明,02428与籼稻或带有籼型血缘的粳稻品种(系)杂交,其后代出现具有良好亲和性株系的比例较高。这些亲和性较好株系的遗传基础包括:1.真实地含有02428的广亲和基因;2.并非携带02428广亲和基因而仅属于籼、粳品种的中间型;3.既含有从02428转育而来的广亲和基因,同时又属于血缘上的籼、粳中间型。采用WCV/WCV以及WCV/CV//WCV的杂交配组方式更容易获得新的广亲和品系,多亲本复合杂交不利于提高选择效率。水稻的广亲和性受主基因控制,低世代选择有效。 A study on the utilization pf parents. the crossing patterns and the suitable generation of selection in breeding wide compatibility lines were carried out. The results indicated that a higher selection proportion for WCL was obtained when japonica WCV 02428 was crossed with indica varieties or japonica varieties with indica lineage. However,the stable WCV was easily obtained from crosses between 02428 and japonica varieties, and these WCLs were probably wide-range compatibility. WCL was easily developed by crossing pattern of WCV/WCV and WCV/WC//WCV. A higher selection proportion for WCL was observed when WCV 02428 was crossed as a female parent. It was efficient to selectWCL in early generation.
