人工晶状体植入术后影响视力的因素

The factors that influence the vision acuity after intraocular lens implantation.

目的 探讨白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入术后影响视力的因素。方法 92例 12 0眼术后 3月至 2年进行随访观察。结果 矫正视力 1 0及以上者 5 2眼 ( 4 3 3 3 % ) ,0 5及以上者 110眼 ( 91 67% )。影响视力的因素有术前测定所需人工晶状体度数欠精确、手术所致的角膜散光、角膜内皮失代偿、前段葡萄膜炎、后发性白内障。结论 术前精确测定所需人工晶状体屈光度 ,术中操作减少并发症及选择角膜缘小切口 ,对提高术后视力至关重要。

Objective Observe the factors that influence the visial acuity (VA) after intraocular lens (IOL) implantation.Methods A 3 month 2 years following up study of 92 patients (120 eyes) who have be implanted IOL.Results In the 120 eyes,corrected VA of 52 eyes (43.33%) is 1.0 or better;110 eyes (91.67%) is 0.5 or better.The result is simlar to others reports.The factors influence the VA after IOL implantation including:unaccurate calculation of IOL,astingmatism,corneal endothelium discompensation,uveitis and after cataract.Conclusions Selecting accurate calculated IOL and small incision,reducing complications during operation are the key to improve VA after cataract surgery.
