摘要
天然沸石具有离子交换特性,可用于废水中重金属离子的吸附处理。作者用硅酸锆和改性HY沸石按照质量比1:1比例混合成泥状,110℃干燥3h,放入电阻炉中在温度800℃下焙烧6h,然后粉碎过筛,制成HY沸石-ZrSiO4吸附剂颗粒。把这种吸附材料用于废水中Pb2+处理。结果表明,吸附处理废水中铅离子的最佳条件是:吸附剂用量32g/L,温度30℃,pH=5~6,吸附1h,此时,吸附量达到最大值为96.87μg/g;脱附实验为在温度15℃,pH=12的条件下,震荡15min,脱附效率可达88.7%。与单一的天然沸石比,该吸附剂对Pb2+离子的吸附能力强,成本低,并且可以反复使用。
A natural zeolite tuff was used to adsorb heavy meatal ions for the wastewater processing,utilizing it's capacity of exchanging with other irons.We mixed zirconium silicate with modified zeolite(HY) into a slurry analogous state at an ratio of 1∶1 by weight.The mixture was dried at 110 ℃ for 3 h,then was cured at 800 ℃ for 6 h in the electric resistance furnace.The mixture was broken into paticles,which were sieved for the specific size.The got absorption material can adsorb Pb2+ in the wastewater through this experiment.The results indicated that,for HY zeolite and zirconium silicate system,the adsorption capacity of Pb2+ reached it's maximum 96.87 μg/g at 30 ℃,pH 5~6,and adsorbent 32 g/L,and adsorption for 1 h.While the efficiency of desorption reach 88.7% at 15 ℃,pH 12 and shaking for 1 h.Such material showed a stronger adsorption of Pb2+ comparing with the single system of natural zeolite.However,it is available at a low cost and can be used repeatedly.
