松香聚乙二醇丙三酸酯表面活性剂的合成及性能探讨 被引量:3

摘要 以松香(RO)为主要原料,CaO/MgO为催化剂,与聚乙二醇(PEG)反应合成松香聚乙二醇酯(RPGE),RPGE的合成最佳条件为:n(RO):n(PEG)=1:1.6,反应温度270℃,反应时间2h。RPGE再与丙三酸合成一种新型表面活性剂——松香聚乙二醇丙三酸酯(RPGPE),RPGPE合成的最佳条件为:反应温度150℃,反应时间1h。探讨了该表面活性剂的表面张力(γ),临界胶束浓度(CMC),乳化性,泡沫性等。结果表明,RPGE和RPGPE均为性能优良的新型非离子表面活性剂。 With rosin as main raw materials,CaO/MgO as catalyst,synthesized rosin polyethylene glycol esters(RPGE) by reaction with polyethylene glycol,then made it react with 1,2,3-propanetricarboxylic acid to obtain a kind of new surfactants—rosin polyethylene glycol 1,2,3-propanetricarboxylic acid ester(RPGPE).The optimum conditions for the synthesis of RPGE are as follows∶n(rosin) ∶n(PEG)=1∶1.6,reaction temperature 270 ℃,reaction time 2 h;The best conditions for the synthesis of RPGPE are as follows:reaction temperature 150 ℃,reaction time 1h.The paper discussed the property of the surfactant,such as surface tension(γ),critical micelle concentration(CMC),emulsibility,foamability etc.The results showed that RPGE and RPGPE are excellent performance of new nonionic surfactant.
