超声波法提取山竹皮中总黄酮的研究 被引量:6

摘要 为获取山竹皮中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺,采用超声波提取法对山竹皮总黄酮进行提取,以芦丁为标准品,在波长500nm处测定吸光度,得回归方程Y=0.010 9 X-0.027 8(r=0.997 8)。实验考察w(乙醇)、料液比、提取时间、溶剂类别对山竹皮中总黄酮提取率的影响。在此基础上,采用正交实验设计用L9(34)优化确定出山竹皮中总黄酮最佳提取工艺为:w(乙醇)=60%,料液比为1:20(g/mL),提取时间60min,山竹皮中总黄酮提取率为2.87%。 Total flavonoids from marginatum by ultrasonic assisted extraction was studied.Rutin was used as a standard to determine the content of flavonoids using UV-Vis.The effective factors of ethanol concentration,mass/volume ratio of solvent,treatment time and different solvents were studied through orthogonal tests L9(34)on the basis of single factor test.The results showed that the extraction had the best result under the conditions of weight ratio 1∶20(g/mL) of 60% ethanol,time 60 min.The average extraction rate was 2.87 mg/g.
