摘要
通过对新鲜菊芋的几种干燥及贮存方式的探讨研究,从中确定了适于产业化的干燥、贮存及提取纯化菊芋多糖的最佳工艺条件,为进一步工业化奠定了基础。
Several methods of drying and storage of fresh jerusalem have been studied in this paper,an optimum method suitable for industrial drying,storage,extraction and purification of polysaccharides from jerusalem artichoke was identified which laid the foundation for the further industrialization.
