摘要
目的 探讨汉防己甲素对自由基眼损伤的影响。方法 将 2 4只实验兔随机分为汉防己甲素组及对照组。术后动态测定房水中丙二醛含量。结果 汉防己甲素组丙二醛含量明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 汉防己甲素能够显著抑制自由基引起的眼损伤。
Objective It is discussed that the effect of tetrandrine to the eye injury caused by free radical.Methods 24 rabbits were randomly devide into control group and tetrandrine group.The quantity of malondialdilyde in the aqueous humor was dynamically determined postoperatively. Results The quantity of malondialdilyde of tetrandrine group is lower than that of control group.Conclusions Tetrandrine can effectively inhibit the eye injury caused by free radical.
