超声乳化术效果分析

An analysis in therapeutic results of the phacoemulsification for cataracts.

目的 探讨白内障应用“挖碗”联合切线轮转超声乳化术的治疗效果和技巧。方法 对 5 7例 62眼白内障进行“挖碗联合切线轮转法 (削梨法 )”超声乳化吸出并人工晶状体植入术 ,同时将 5 8例 65眼行白内障囊外摘出 (ECCE)并人工晶状体植入术作为对照。结果 超声乳化术后裸眼视力明显优于白内障囊外摘出术组。结论 超声乳化是一种较好的手术方法。

Objective To investigate the results of phacoemulsification for cataracts and surgery skills.Methods 62 eyes in 57 patients with cataract operated on by the phacoemulsification and IOL implantation in contrast to 65 eyes of 58 patients with cataract operated on by ECCE and IOL implantation.Results The uncorrectied visual acuity after the phacoemulsification was better than that in large incision (ECCE) group ( P <0.01).Conclusion The results indicate that the phacoemulsification performed on eyes with cataract was one better way.
